Daily Sentinel - Monday, June 28, 1915

The remains of Frank P. Welch, accompanied by two sons, Morton and Willis, 
arrived in Ionia Saturday night and the funeral was held this afternoon, burial 
being in Oak Hill cemetery. The funeral service was held at Columbus, there 
being but a prayer service at the grave here. Mrs. Chas. Bean, his mother, also 
came. Mr. Welch was operated on a short time ago for appendicitis and later 
gall bladder trouble made a second operation necessary. He died from exhaustion 
resulting.

Same as Fred Welch listed in Oakhill cemetery, son of Squire Welch & Helen 
(McWayne) Welch-Bean.
