Kelley who died here after a ten day illness was buried Tuesday. She was born in 1831." THE LYONS HERALD, MI, front page: "Mrs. Mary Welch - Mary A. Kelly was born in Spring Port, Cayuga county, New York, October 29, 1831. Her home has been in this village for the past sixty years. She was united in marriage to Eden J. Welch forty four years ago, and he passed to the other side in 1901. She was converted and became an active member in the M. E. church in 1862, and has been a member of the W. R. C. for the past twenty five years. She died at the home of her nephew, W. N. Bowman, at 9:00 a.m. Sunday, after ten days' illness. Those that remain to mourn their loss are a nephew, W. N. Bowman, of this village and a niece, Mrs. E. R. Holmes, of Owosso, besides a host of friends. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the residence of Mr. Bowman conducted by Rev. G. A.
