Ionia Sentinel - Thursday, Jan. 26 & Feb. 2, 1893

Georgie, the infant child of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Welch of Ronald, died 
Wednesday. The child had chicken-pox, after which it caught cold and croup 
sent in. Mrs. Welch is a daughter of Dr. and Ms. H. Tremayne. The funeral 
will be held at the home Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment at 
Highland Park.

The funeral of the infant child of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Welch was largely 
attended Thursday afternoon at the home in Ronald. Rev. H. Johnson of Grand 
Rapids officiated, and the interment was at Highland Park.

Rev. H.H. Johnson of Grand Rapids, was in the city today. He officiated at 
the funeral of the little child of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Welch.
