Death Calls Young Man

Henry Dwight Wells, 19-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wells, living west of
this city, passed away suddenly Friday evening in the Belding hospital.  Mike,
as he was affectionately known, suffered for only three days with blood
poisoning from an abscess which formed on his face, causing his untimely death.
 He was born October 6, 1917 and lived all his life in and near this city. 
Always a loving son and brother, he leaves to mourn their loss, besides the
parents, five brothers, Harry, James, George, Jacob and Leonard and three
sisters, Gladys, Juanita and Alice all of this city.  Rev. H.S. Ellis officiated
at the funeral services, held Sunday from the Fitzjohn funeral home.  Burial was
in the family lot in Otisco cemetery.
