Funeral services for Quimby Wells, 92, will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Morris-
Roetman funeral home in Saranac.  Rev. Donald Mathis will officiate and 
interment will be at Saranac cemetery.

Mr. Wells of 7790 South parsonage, Saranac, died Monday evening at Butterworth 
hospital in Grand Rapids.  He was born September 5, 1876 in Ohio.  He moved to 
South Boston township where he farmed all his life.  He had lived at his 
present address the past six years.

He leaves two sons, Russell and Homer both of Saranac; two daughters, Mrs. 
Thelma Weeks of Saranac and Mrs. Ethel Goodell of Benson, Ariz.; 15 
grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren.
