Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Sat. Dec. 1, 2012

William "Willie" Welsh, 75, of Ionia passed away Nov. 28, 2012 after a short 
battle with cancer. He was born in Ionia on Aug. 21, 1937.

He is survived by three nephews, Donald (Jeanne) Shields of Saranac, James 
Shields of Ionia and Marvin Marion of Cooperville; and one niece, Kathy Rasin 
of Oklahoma.

As requested by Willie, cremation has taken place and no memorial service will 
take place. Burial will be at Balcom Cemetery.
