Hasting's Reminder - Saturday June 12, 2021

DONNA MAXINE WELTON

Donna Maxine Welton, age 89, of Middleville, passed away peacefully June 3, 
2021.

Donna was born May 7, 1932 to Delos and Cleo Thornton in Carson City. In 1953, 
she married Foster Waddell who preceded her in death in 1972. In 1973 she 
married Robert Welton who preceded her in death in 2011.

She worked as an administrative assistant at Bradford White Corporation for 40 
plus years.

Donna was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church of Middleville for any 
years. She was active in the church and taught preschoolers Sunday school for 
over 40 years. Her love and kindness were shared with those children. Donna 
enjoyed music and loved to sing hymns. She played the piano and performed with a 
gospel singing group.

She looked forward to meeting and talking to people in the community at the 
local restaurant. Her generosity sense of humor and friendly smile helped her 
make friends wherever she went.

Immediate members of Donna's family include; children, Michael (Martha) Waddell, 
Andy (Marina) Waddell; grandchildren, Adam Waddell, Erik Waddell; sister, 
JoEllen Coryell; stepchildren, Ron Welton, Tom Welton, Tim Welton, (Deceased), 
Jerry Welton, Phil Welton. Donna also has many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends met with the family on Wednesday, June 9, at the Beeler-
Gores Funeral Home where a funeral service was held. A private burial took place 
at Mt.Hope Cemetery.
