Ionia Daily Sentinel, 21 Dec 1942

Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Summ Werner, 76, were held Friday afternoon at 2 
o’clock at the Myers funeral home.  Rev. George Woolcock of the First Baptist 
church officiated and burial was in Oak Hill cemetery.  Pallbearers were C.E. 
Anderson, Frank Fagan, Archie Boltz and Harold Signs.

Those attending the services from away were Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Anderson, Mr. and 
Mrs. Frank Fagan and Miss Etta Summ of Berwyn, Illinois; Mrs. Harry Kenney of 
Blue Island, Island, Illinois, and others from Lowell and Saranac.
