The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, January 8, 2008

Anna Wetherbee, age 89, of Ionia passed away January 6, 2008 in Lansing. She 
was born July 24, 1918 in Lowell, MI the daughter of George and Effie 
(Boomers) Emelander.  Anna married Henry Wetherbee July 17, 1936 who preceded 
her in death in 1995. 

She enjoyed crocheting, time with grandchildren, family activities and being 
around the lake.
Anna is survived by her son, Larry and Carol Wetherbee of Ionia; daughter, Bev 
and Edward Cusack of Grand Ledge; grandchildren, Nicole Wetherbee, Debra 
Cooper, Connie Main, Christine and Robert Gregg , Scott and Nancy Cusack and 6 
great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 1 
grandson, Dennis Wetherbee, 3 sisters and 5 brothers.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday 10:30 A.M. at Balcom Cemetery with 
Rev. Kenneth Harger officiating. Arrangements by Lake Funeral Home in Ionia.
