Lake Odessa Wave-Thurs. May 26, 1960

Jensena Weygandt
Mrs. Jensena Weygandt 60 of route one, passed away suddenly Friday evening at their
home. Coroner Neil Phelps of Ionia said death was attributed to a cerebral
hemorrhage. 

She was born at Benzonia, and married Justus O. Weygandt at Muskegon in 1926, moving
to their farm north west of town in 1942 where they have since lived.

Mrs. Weygandt was a member of the Woodland Zion Lutheran church.

Surviving are her husband and three sisters. The Weygandts had no children but cared
for several boys through the years.

Funeral services were held on Monday at 2 p.m. at the Pickens Funeral Chapel with
burial in lakeside cemetery. Rev. Robert Richardson officiated.
