Abraham Wheeler died this morning at 9 o’clock, aged 83 years, he was taken 
sick about a week ago after doing some light work for the city.  He came here 
from Lansing about nine years ago and has lived a quiet life with his daughter 
an invalid, who has kept house for him since the death of his wife a few years 
ago.

Mr. Wheeler was probably one of the oldest Masons in the state and at his 
request the order here will officiate at his funeral which will be held 
Saturday afternoon.
