Ionia Standard – Friday, 20 May 1887
Died:  At the home of Corp Lyon, in the township of Danby on Thursday, May 12, 
1897, of consumption. Mrs. Alvira Wheeler; aged 37 years.  The funeral 
services were held Saturday, Rev. Mr. Keyes of the Congregational church 
officiating.
