Ionia Sentinel - 22 January 1937
Funeral services for Bert I. Whipple of Ionia, who died in Blodgett hospital, 
Grand Rapids, Thursday forenoon, will be attended Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock 
from the Boyton funeral chapel.  Rev. Mathew Duffey pastor of the Methodist 
Episcopal church, will officiate and interment will be at Orleans cemetery.
