Belding Banner-News, 7 May 1928

George White, aged 82 years, passed away at his home at 237 Hambrook street
Wednesday morning at about 9:15 o’clock following a sickness of about ten days,
with his death coming shortly after that of his wife who died at the family home
on February 20th.

Mr. White had lived in this city for a number of years and had always been
employed in local factories, where he was well liked and esteemed as a friend by
those whom he met.

Funeral services will be held from the house on Friday at 2 o’clock with Rev.
Walter A. Shriner, pastor of the church of God officiating and burial will be by
the side of Mrs. White in River Ridge cemetery.
