  CHARLES "CHARLIE" EVERETT WHITE

Died Peacefully on Tuesday December 2, 2025-age 88 of Ionia.
Born May 5, 1937 in Detroit,MI, son of John & Caroline(Helzerman) White.
He married the former Anita Smith on December 19, 1959.
Charlie enjoyed hunting, fishing, & being a carpenter.
Charlie & Anita lived 20 years in Alaska, which he spent building many buildings 
in many villages.
He was known to treat everyone as family. Was adored by his grandchildren who 
affectionally called him "Pa, the Man, the Myth, the Legend".
Survived by his wife, Anita of Ionia, son John (Brenda) White of Sparta, 
sisters,Joyce (Bill) Schwartz of Northland, Judy(Jim) Sumner of Wayne, Della 
(Dennis) Danielson of Wayne.
Grandchildren, Jessica (Jennifer)Taylor, Lauren White, Justin White & many 
nieces & nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents, brother,John White & infant twin daughters, 
Cynthia Elaine & Lisa Rae.
Visitation will be held from 4-7 PM Friday, December 5, 2025, at the Lake 
Funeral Home in Ionia.
