Ionia Daily Standard - Saturday, June 11, 1908

Peter Whitmore, one of the large farmers and pioneer residents of Ronald, near 
Palo, died yesterday. His age was about 70, and he leaves a wife , two sons and 
three daughters.

Additional Comments:
Death Certificate says born February 22, 1833, NY and died June 12, 1908
Son of John and Polly (West) WHitmore
Age: 75
North Plains cemetery Lot 283 (Peter and wife Mary Adelaide Hoople-Whitmore are in plots 2 & 3)
