ALAMO, North Dakota- Archie C. Whorley, 69, of Alamo North Dakota, formerly 
of Ionia, died at his daughter's residence Friday evening.

He was born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, March 5, 1915, the son of William 
and Ida Crosthwaite Whorley. 

He farmed in Easton township and before his retirement he was employed by 
Consumers Power Co. 

He is survived by his wife, Lois: one daughter, Mrs. Orris (Linda) Herland 
of Alamo, N. Dak. and one granddaughter, Sarah.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday in Alamo, N. Dak.
