WIECZOREK
On Thursday, November 28, 2019, Brenda Jean (Grill) Wieczorek, loving wife 
and mother, passed away at the age of 62.

Brenda was born on July 16, 1957 in Ionia, MI., on August 16, 1975, she 
married David Clarence Wieczorek. They raised on son, Jason, and two 
daughters, Jessica and Jennifer.

During her life, Brenda fell in love with the arts. She loved old movies, had 
a jukebox like mind for music, played the piano, and made simple ceramics 
come to life with her painting ability. Her greatest art though was her 
photography as it brilliantly captured God's beauty in nearly every picture 
she took. Brenda also enjoyed traveling and taking an off-the-plans adventure 
on the way. This may have been driving until a new destination was 
discovered, taking in the beauty of mountains while visiting her daughter, or 
heading to her favorite place, Mackinac island.

But none of this compared to the love that she had for her family (including 
her rescued dog, Kow). She was a caring wife, mom, and grandma. In fact, 
being grandma just may have been her favorite thing. There was a joyful 
laughter and goofiness between her and her grandkids.

Brenda is survived by her husband of 44 years, David. Her three children, 
Jason, Jessica (John Jason) Gutierrez, and Jennifer. Grandchildren, Jacob, 
Michael, Zoe and Wyatt. Parents, John and Donna, her brothers, David and 
Danny, and her several cousins, nieces, nephews, and others who thought of 
her as mom.

Visitation will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 4, 2019, with the 
funeral following at 1 p.m. at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia with Pastor Kevin
