The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, May 27, 1948

Mrs. Ernest Wierman, 67, died at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Belding City 
hospital, where she was a patient with heart trouble that followed an illness 
last winter.

Mrs. Wierman was born in Kent county near Sparta March 28, 1881, and lived for 
the past 19 years in Belding route 3.  She was a member of the local Church of 
God.  Before her marriage she was Chloe May Johnson, and married Ernest 
Wierman June 9, 1929.

She is survived by one daughter, five sons, one brother, and several 
grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Fitzjohn funeral home, 
with burial in Otisco cemetery.  The Rev. Wilbur Kirby will officiate.
