Mrs. Wight was returning in a blinding snowstorm to her home from the business section of the village when she was struck. The body was hurled several yards by the impact of the engine and was discovered a few minutes after the accident occurred by R. A. Whittemore of Lake Odessa. Mrs. Wight is survived only by her husband.
