She had been ill only a short time and her death will be a shock to her many young friends. Miss Willems was born on the farm where her death took place April 2, 1896, and until a few years ago attended St. Patrick’s parochial school. Since then she has been assisting at home. She is survived by her father and mother, three sisters, Rose, Agnes and Anna, and two brothers, Joseph and Anthony. Funeral services are to be held at St. Patrick’s’ church Friday morning at 9:00 o’clock. Fr. John A. Koelzer will officiate and burial will take place in Portland cemetery.
