Mrs. Matilda Willett, of Lyons, died Monday afternoon in Flint after several
years illness.  Mrs. Willett had been a resident of Lyons for many years.  Her
husband, the late Howard Willett, was employed in a Lyons hardware.  Mrs.
Willett remained in Lyons until her health failed and she moved to Durand to
live with her son, Stephen Willett.

She leaves two sons, Stephen of Durand and Thomas of California; a granddaughter
and several great-grandchildren.  

Funeral arrangements will await word of Thomas Willett in California.

Mrs. Willett was a member of the Lyons Episcopal church and a member of
Evergreen chapter of O.E.S.
