Feb. 9, 1976 EUNICE E. WILLETT LYONS - Mrs. Eunice Ethel Willett, 74, died Sunday at Blodgett Memorial Hospital in Grand Rapids following a short illness. Born at Sidney June 26, 1901, she was the daughter of Eli and theresa Stoudt. She graduated from the Lyons high school and became a teacher at that school. In July 1923 she was married to Kenneth Fenn who died in January of 1941. She then was remarried to John Willett who died in 1967. In 1960 she retired as an Ionia State hospital attendant. She was a member of the Lyons United Methodist church, life member of the Lyons chaper of Order of Eastern Star and the Rebekah lodge of Mio. Among her survivors are five daughters, Mrs. Ardath Knepp of Lyons, Mrs. Joyce McGregor of Carsonville, Mrs. Audrey Henry of Ionia, Mrs. Nona Sprague and Mrs. Sandra Gladding of Lyons; 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; brother Kenneth Goodwin of Horton, stepsister, Mrs. Hazel Week of Detroit. Services will be Tuesday at 2 pm at the Lyons United Methodist church. Rev. Richard Strait will officiate and interment will be at the East Plains cemetery. Services will also be conducted under the auspices of the Lyons chapter of Order of Eastern Star. Until noon Tuesday her body will be at the Hull Memorial chapel at Muir. A memorial has been established for the Lyons United Methodist church. Ionia Sentinel Standard-Wed Feb. 11, 1976 EUNICE WILLETT Services for Mrs. Eunice Willett who died Sunday were Tuesday at 2 pm at the Lyons United Methodist church. Rev. Richard Strait officiated assisted by the Lyons chapter of Order of Eastern Star. interment was in East Plains cemetery. Bearers were Max Reynold, Carroll Kennedy, Edwin Albright, Carl Snyder, Ivan Breining and Robert Breining. After services a luncheon was served to the family at the Lyons United Methodist church by the women of the church and Order of Eastern Star.
