He came with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Williams, to Ionia in 1887. He graduated from the Ionia High school, and in 1901 from the pharmacy department at Ann Arbor. For one year he worked as a pharmacist in Detroit, and then engaged with Geo. Gundrum. With Louis Morgenthaler, he succeeded to the business July 1, 1908, and had just made a good start for himself when taken with fatal illness. He had been sick and under treatment for diabetis for six months, and was obliged to give up work about two months ago. He had been able to walk out until Monday, but had been steadily failing. He was married Dec. 2, 1903 to Miss Helen B. Forrister of Detroit, who survives. There are no children. His father died eight years ago. He is survived by his mother of this city, and by two brothers; Fred L., of this city, and Glenn of Adrian. Funeral service at the home on High street, on Monday, 2 p.m., in charge of the Elks. The large attendance at the funeral service for Frank A. Williams, at the home on High street, Mon. afternoon, was a highly complimentary testimonial of the friendly esteem he held in the hearts of so many friends. The casket was buried in beautiful floral manifestations of regard. The Elks, under whose auspices the funeral was conducted, and whose ritual service formed a part of the general service, were present in large numbers. One hundred Elks were in line, and the business houses being well represented, all showing the high esteem in which Mr. Williams was held and the general sorrow at his untimely taking away. The service was by Rev. E. E. Branch, and the singing by Dr. L. W. Yates, Mr. Branch, Mrs. E. Smith and Mrs. H. E. Spencer. The bearers, selected from the Elks, were: Dr. C. E.
