Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Sat. March 16, 1974

Iva L. Williams, 87, of 1980 West Tuttle road died Friday in Belding 
Osteopathic hospital.

Born November 6, 1886, she was a daughter of Charles Ludwick and Delia Doty 
from the Pewamo area and a former employee of Ypsilanti-Reed manufacturing in 
Ionia. She was a member of First United Methodist church, and a former 
deaconess of the Ionia church.

Most of her adult life was spent in the Ionia area, after she married Williams 
in Eaton county on June 24, 1915. He preceded her in death in 1956.

Surviving relatives includes a daughter, Mrs. Phillip Pennington of Ionia, a 
brother John Ludwick of Kissimmee, Florida, three grandchildren and six great 
grandchildren.

Services will be 11 am March 18 at Myers-Roetman funeral home, the Rev. James 
Frank of Galilee Baptist church of Saranac officiating.

Members of the family will be at the funeral home Saturday from 7 pm to 9 pm 
and Sunday from 2 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm.
