Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Sat. Feb. 27, 1965

Mrs. Eva Mae Williams, 78, of route three died Friday at 3:40 p.m. in Ionia 
County Memorial hospital following an illness of two weeks.

She had lived most of her life in Montcalm and Ionia counties. She was born at 
Clifford lake November 20, 1886, daughter of Philip and Phena Allen Hatchen, 
and attended Stanton public schools.

She was married in 1904 to Ben Adams who died in 1939 and on February 15, 1942 
she was married in Lansing to Leroy Williams.

Mrs. Williams was a member of Ionia Seventh-day Adventist church and Dildine 
Community club. 

She is survived by her husband, Leroy of Sanitarium, California; three sons, 
Ira Adams of Falmouth, Sidney of Berrien Springs and Clark of Grand Ledge, two 
daughters, Mrs. R. H___abenicht of Lyons and Mrs. Herbert Holmes of 
Reynoldsburg, Ohio; 19 grand and 12 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at Myers funeral home Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. with the 
Elder Claude E. Fell officiating and interment at Easton cemetery.

The body may be viewed at the funeral home after 6 p.m. Saturday.
