Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Fri. Aug. 13, 1971

Robert C. Williams, 47, of 6063 Flat River Trail, Belding, died Thursday at 
Blodgett Memorial hospital in Grand Rapids. 

He was born September 30, 1923, in Jackson and was married September 30, 1959 
to Ethel Curtiss in Greenville. He was a truck driver for Interstate Motor 
Freight and a veteran of World War II.

He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Grace Nowak of Jackson; his wife, Ethel; two 
sons, Danny Williams of Detoit and Richard at home; one stepson, Roger Towne of 
Barryton; two step-daughters, Mrs. James Arnold of Belding and Mrs. David Mead 
of Jackson; six grandchildren; and three sister, Mrs.. Virginia Brenner, Mrs. 
Betty Brenner, Mrs. June Eddy of Jackson.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 1:30 pm at Huffman funeral home in 
Belding. Rev. Kent Troyer will officiate and interment will be in Otisco 
cemetery, Ionia county.
