Williams-Badder, 93, of Greenville, passed away Saturday morning, April 16, 2005, at Metron of Belding. The daughter of Danish immigrants Christen and Anna K. Jensen Findsen, she was born Aug. 6, 1911, in McBride. A loving mother, Agnes also worked as a seamstress for most of her life – first at the silk mills in Belding and later at Jolly Kids. Although she enjoyed sewing, gardening, singing and studying the Bible, she found her greatest pleasure in spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; two husband, George Howard Williams, Lester Badder, five children, Shirley Brown, Leo Rector, Alvin Williams, Jack Williams, Margaret Bodine; two daughters-in-law, Jane Rector and Evelyn Williams; son-in-law, Clair Bodine; two grandchildren, Dianne Williams, Chris Rector; four brothers, Milo, Hans, Carl, Lester; seven sisters, Sena, Daagmar, Marie, Emma, Hilda, Helen, Mary; and an infant brother. She is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Karen and Roger Craig of Greenville, Betty Brown of Belding; Ruth Williams of Belding; grandchildren, Christine Craig, Anna and Mike Arnold, Lisa and Rick Johnson, Paul and Sukyong Craig, Mark Craig, Jessica Craig, Robin and John Switzer, Marsha and George Miller, Lori Antcliff, Frank and Amy Reader, Rose Bodine, Charlotte Bodine, George Williams, Barbara Wilder, Tom Williams, Bud Williams, Carla Christensen, Jack Williams, Dawn and Callie Wireman, Mary and Butch, Todd Rector, Nathan Rector, Larry Brown; many great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services are 2 p.m. Wednesday at Brown-Teman & Christiansen Funeral Home, 511 S. Franklin St., Greenville. The Rev. Bill Overton, pastor of Family Life Church of God in Belding, will officiate. Private interment will follow in Monroe “Little Dane” Cemetery, Montcalm Township.
