Lake Odessa Wave - March 18, 1965
SID FRED WILLIAMS PASSES AWAY
   Sid Fred Williams, 70, of Woodland, passed away Monday night at Pennock hospital,
where he was admitted 
24 hours earlier.
   A navtive of Portland, Mr. Williams and family lived at Lake Odessa for 11 years
before moving to Woodland 
16 years ago.  He had worked for the E.W. Bliss Co. for 16 years and was a tool and
die maker, retiring in 1961.
   Mr. Williams was a member of the Zion Lutheran church.
   Surviving are his wife, the former Reta Buche; a daughter Sharon G. of Lake
Odessa; four sons Sid Jr. of 
Washington, D.C., M. Charles of Lansing, Sidmond C. of Woodland and James a Stannard
of Los Angles Calif. 
and two grandchildren.
   Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the Pickens Funeral Chapel
with burial in Lakeside 
cemetery.  Rev. Einar Unseth will officiate.
