Sentinel-Std. - Monday, April 4, 1938

Mrs. John A. Williams, 81, of Sebewa township, died Saturday night, three hours 
after falling down the cellar steps. She suffered severe injuries to the head 
in striking a post at the foot of the steps. She is survived by her husband 
John, three sons and one daughter, Howard Williams of Ionia, Roy Williams of 
Tennessee, Hazen Williams of Portland and Mrs. Bernice Storey of near Portland; 
two sisters, Mrs. George Hackett of Ionia and Oran Evans of Ravenna, Ohio and 
one brother, Ed Fell, of Portland.
