Ionia Sentinel Standard, 23 Sep 1924

The funeral service for Mrs. Samuel Willsie was held from the home on Pleasant
street Monday afternoon at 2:30, Rev. C.J. Kruse officiating.  Music was
furnished by Mrs. Eugene Smith and Mrs. George Fox, and the flowers were in
charge of Mrs. Herman Hacker and Mrs. William Duffy.  The Degree of Honor
conducted the service at the grave, interment being in the family lot at
Highland Park.  The bearers were John Chase, Ernest Chase, Forest Fea, Bert
Weed, Felix Fea, and Arthur Hamlin.  Those attending the funeral from
out-of-town were Mr. and Mrs. James Barry and daughter, of Lansing; Mr. and Mrs.
Charles Fea, Breckenridge; Mrs. Edith Wasnick and daughter of Belding, Mr. and
Mrs. Thomas Willsie and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Willsie, of Detroit; Mr. and Mrs.
Felix Fea, Alma; Mr. and Mrs. Forest Fea, Greenville; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Fea, and
Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Hamlin, John Hall; A.A. Aniba, Mrs. Ella Meade, Miss Blanche
Meade, Miss Edith Bennet and Mrs. Spera Ducius, all of Grand Rapids.
