Portland Review - Aug. 21, 2011


Mrs. Willson passed away Friday August 12, 2011 in Grand Rapids, Michigan at 
the age of 83. She was born December 20, 1927 in Sunfield, Michigan the 
daughter of Perry Ray and Myrtie Candice (Lovell) Welch.

Lois and Emory lived in Portland for 30 years, lived at Lake Isabella near 
Remus for 22 years, and vacationed in Florida in the winter.

Mrs. Willson was preceded in death by her son Daniel. She is survived by her 
husband of 63 years, Emory, son David (Stephanie) Willson, daughter, Diana 
(Dean) Kerbyson, son Dennnis (Danielle) Willson, 13 grandchildren, 13 great 
grandchildren, daughter-in-law Daria Willson. 

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. – Tuesday August 16, 2011 at the 
Sunfield United Methodist Church with Rev. Darrell Bosworth officiating. 
Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. – Monday August 15, 2011 at the Rosier Funeral 
Home, Mapes-Fisher Chapel, Sunfield, MI. Contributions may be made to the 
Sunfield Historical Society C/O RFH PO Box 36 Sunfield, MI 48890. Express your
