Wilma Wilson, aged 84, of Lake Odessa, went home to be with Jesus early Tuesday 
morning, May 3, 2005.  Wilma was born in Barry County on December 14, 1920 to 
John and Verdie (Knowles) Usborne.  She graduated from Lake Odessa High School 
in 1938.  Wilma was united in marriage to Keith Wilson on September 15, 1942; 
he preceded her in death in 1999.  She devoted her life to helping on the farm 
and caring for her family and will be remembered as an excellent cook.  Wilma 
was a member of the Lake Odessa Grace Brethren Church.

She is survived by her children; Mary Anne Wilson, Elma Verdie Wilson, Anita 
(John) Barcroft, Jane (Gary) Mazie, and Janet (Paul) Kudirka; 13 grandchildren; 
10 great grandchildren; sister, Mildred Pyle; and brother, Alex (Phyllis) 
Usborne.

Wilma was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Keith; granddaughter, 
Jeannette Barcroft; brothers, John Usborne and Gordon Usborne; and sisters, 
Mercy Usborne, Greeta Usborne, and Jessie Elwell.

In keeping with her wishes, private family services were held at Koops Funeral 
Chapel in Lake Odessa. Burial was in Fuller Cemetery.  The family has suggested 
that memorial contributions may be made to the Livingstone Counseling Center 
(631 2nd Street Kalamazoo, MI 49017-4909) or the Lake Odessa Grace Brethren 
Church/Youth Ministry (2720 Vedder Road Lake Odessa, MI 48849).
