Portland Observer, 12 Jul 1923

Word was received in Portland, Monday, of the death of Mrs. Ida Wilson, former 
Portland resident who lived in Allegan county, near Otsego.  Death was due to a 
complication of diseases.

Miss Ida Eddy was born in Portland 68 years ago and had lived in this vicinity 
for the past 50 years.  She is the sister of George Eddy, of Otsego, and also a 
sister of the late Lorenzo, D.T. and Newton J. Eddy, who were residents of this 
vicinity and very well known.

Besides the husband, she is survived by two sons.  Funeral services were held 
from the residence, Tuesday afternoon.
