VIVIAN WILSON, 86
Ionia -  Vivian Wilson, 86 of Fenwick, died Monday May 30, 1988, at Ionia 
County Memorial Hospital. 

She was born Dec.9, 1901 in Lowell, the daughter of Jay and Amy Rogers Evans. 
A longtime resident of the Fenwick area, she taught in the Montcalm county 
area She was a member of Ionia Seventh-day Adventist Church.

On May 19,1921, she married Leon S. Wilson at Cedar Lake. He died in 1980. 
She also was preceded in death by a son, Clare Wilson, in 1987, and by two 
brothers, Clyde and Roger Evans.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Milton (Doris) Hammond, Fenwick; a brother, 
Albert Evans, Zephyrhills, Fla; six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 
several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are 2:30 Thursday at Cook Funeral Home, Ionia, with 
interment in Palo Cemetery. The Rev. Kenneth Harger will officiate.

Visitation at the Rich Street Chapel is tonight from 7 t 8:30, Wednesday from 
2-4 and 7-8:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Heart Fund.
