Winegar occurred Sunday afternoon at one o’clock. Mr. Winegar and family came here about twenty-one years ago and he has always been an honorable and upright citizen. He was seventy-four years old and was born in Pennsylvania where he visited several months last year. Death was due to complications of diseases contracted while in the army fighting for the Union. The funeral was held at the late home Tuesday afternoon, Rev. J. B. Philips of the F. M. Church officiating. Interment in Ensley township. He leaves a wife, one daughter, Claribel, and three sons, Albert, Edward and Elmer.
