Lake Odessa Wave - November 12, 1980
     LAKE ODESSA - Paul Richard Winkler, 8 1/2 months, died Nov. 7 night at Pennock
Hospital in Hastings.
   He was the son of Mrs. and Mrs. Roger Winkler, Rt. 3, Lake Odessa.
   Surviving are his parents; a sister, Carol; two brothers, Darrin and Patrick;
maternal grandparents, Mr. and 
Mrs. Frederick Gregg of Grand Ledge; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard
Winkler of Woodland, and 
Mr. and Mrs. Morris Carey Jr. of Portland; maternal great grandmother, Mrs. Ruth
Aldrich of Vermontville; 
paternal great grandmother, Mrs. Rene Peacock of Lake Odessa; and several aunts,
uncles and cousins.
   He was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Mrs. Ione Jackson, who died in
October.
   Services were held Monday in the Pickens-Koops Funeral chapel in Lake Odessa,
with the Rev. John Doud 
officiating.
   Burial was in Lakeside Cemetery.
   A memorial has ben established for the Michigan Cripple Children's Association.
