Christopher C. Winslow, 41, of Lansing, passed away on Monday, August 25, 2003 
unexpectedly at his home in Lansing.  He was born on November 12, 1961 in 
Ionia the son of Thomas Stone and Marjorie Tingley.  He loved his family, his 
dogs Peanut and Dolly, and collecting James Dean and Marilyn Monroe 
memorabilia.

He is survived by his loving parents Robert and Marjorie Tingley of Orleans; 
sisters, Teresa (Scott) Ruehs of Orleans, Buffy (Randy) Evans of Palo; best 
friend Ron McNaughton and Ron’s daughters Carrie and Casey; nieces Sadie Ruehs 
and Sydney Evans; nephews Jordan and Tayvon Evans; and several aunts, uncles, 
cousins and friends.

The funeral service will be conducted by the Rev. Kendall Harger, Associate 
Pastor, at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 28, 2003 at Shiloh Community Church, 
Easton Township.  The family will receive friends at the Schrauben-Lehman 
Funeral Home, Cook Chapel, 220 Rich Street, Ionia, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 
p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.
