He was born October 18, 1963 in Lima, Ohio, the son of Claude and Mary Louise Gould Wireman. John helped his father in their automotive scrap yard and worked with his brother as a rural carrier for The Grand Rapids Press. He was married November 13, 1981, in Ionia, to Kim Croff. He was preceded in death by his father; nephew, Pete Wireman; and cousin, Rick Gould. He is survived by his wife, Kim Wireman; their children, Kelli Jo Wireman and Thaddeus Johnson, both of Muskegon, Renea Wireman and Joshua Wireman, both at home; his mother; brothers, and sisters, Claude and Cindy Wireman, Bonnie and Carl Weaver, Julie and Frank Belding, all of Belding, Peggy Trumpour and Daniel DeGoode of Orleans; brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law Dean and Letty Croff of Coopersville, Penny Rowley of Wyoming, Terry and Nancy Misner of Sand Lake; many nieces and nephews; many, many friends; and his four- legged pal, “Lady.” In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A memory-sharing luncheon is 2 p.m. Thursday at Belding Assembly of God Church, 614 Bridge Street, Belding. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Funeral services were entrusted to Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding.
