Funeral services for Jake Wireman, 69, of Route 2, Lake Odessa were held 
Wednesday afternoon at Huffman Funeral Home.  Interment was in River Ridge 
Cemetery, Belding.

Mr. Wireman died Monday, June 21 from a heart attack at his home on Bipley 
Road.  He was born September 3, 1901 in Waldo, Kentucky. His parents were 
Fieldman and Lorraine Wireman.  A farmer, he was married to Ida Conley in 
Kentucky.  She preceded him in death in 1963.

Mr. Wireman is survived by two daughters, Geneva Burns and Gladys Hale of Lake 
Odessa; two sons, Adam Wireman of Hastings, Claude Wireman of Belding; six 
brothers, Malcom and Ashland of Kentucky, and Jone, Ed, Jess and Elzie of Ohio; 
and 21 grandchildren.
