Ionia Sentinel, Saturday, March 23, 1974

A former Ionia resident, Gerald Wirtz, 57, died Friday evening at Crestview 
nursing home in Grand Rapids where he had been a patient since February 20.

Included among his survivors are two sons, Carl and Philip Wirtz of Grand 
Rapids; daughter, Mrs. Geraldine Livingstone of Alberta, Canada; four 
grandchildren; twin brother, Gene Wirtz of Wayland; sister, Mrs. Mary Bird of 
Grand Rapids.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Stone-Kauffman funeral home.
