Sentinel-Std. - Monday, Jan. 8, 1968

PEWAMO- A lifelong Pewamo resident, Nicholas Wirtz  died unexpectedly Sunday 
afternoon at his residence in Pewamo.

He was born July 7, 1883 the son of Catherine and Philip Wirtz of Pewamo, 
and is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Clara Caston of Pewamo and Mrs. Helen 
Smith of Lyons; one brother, Otto Wirtz of Detroit.

Funeral services will be at the St. Joseph Catholic church in Pewamo with 
Monsignor Thomas J. Bolger officiating. Burial will be in Hubbardston 
cemetery.

Time and date of services will be announced by Geller funeral home in 
Westphalia.
