Hastings Reminder - Sat. June 8, 2013

CLARKSVILLE, MI- Arthur W. Witter II, age 79, of Clarksville, after a long 
illness, passed away Thursday, May 30, 2013 at the Heartland Health Care Center 
in Ionia.

He was born May 28, 1934 in Cadillac, to Arthur and Elsie (Hall) Witter. Arthur 
married Natalie (Johnston) in 1970 and she survives. He worked for Brown 
Corporation as a hi-lo operator in Ionia for many years.

When Arthur was not working he enjoyed woodworking, making birdhouses, spending 
time with the grandchildren, making the morning coffee at Bear Creek Villa and 
helping where he could.

Survivors include wife, Natalie; children, Jim (Dorothea) Zwerk of Belding, 
Gordon Zwerk of Clarksville, Michael (Catherine) Zwerk of Perrington, John 
(Sara) Zwerk of Lake Odessa; siblings Joyce Moomy of Cadillac, Kenneth (Carol) 
Witter of Manistee; 10 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Arthur was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers.

A memorial service is planned for noon on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at the 
Clarksville Bible Church, 191 S. Main St. Clarksville, MI 48815.

In lieu of flower, memorials may be given to the Clarksville Bible Church.
