The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, April 2, 1957

The Rev. Floyd Emshwiller officiated at funeral services for Mabel Witzel, 70, 
at the Boynton funeral home Monday afternoon at 1:30.  She died Wednesday 
evening.  Interment was in the family lot in Highland Park cemetery.

Bearers were Elmer Gierman, Carl Gierman, Robert C. Gierman, Clarence Sayers 
and George and Laurence Witzel.

Relatives attending from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Milton Ernst, Miss 
Helen Ernst, Mrs. Lila Musser and Mrs. Mable Martin of Kitchner, Ontario, 
Canada, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Sayers and Mrs. Earnest York of Lake Odessa, 
Robert Gierman and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Gierman of Sunfield, Lloyd Witzel of 
Fenwick and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Witzel of Stanton.
