Funeral services for Herbert J. Witzell, 64, 323 Welton street, who died Monday 
afternoon, were conducted Wednesday morning at 9 o’clock at SS. Peter and Paul 
Catholic Church, The Rev. Fr. Henry J. Dondzila officiated at the Requiem High 
Mass.

Prayer service was held at the Phelps funeral chapel preceding the church 
services. Interment was in Mt. Olivet cemetery.

Bearers were Carl Seabrook, Herbert Ross, William Powell, Julius Funk, Andrew 
Dulek and Charles Rushford.

Attending from out of town were, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Witzel, Mrs. Harold Koc, 
Mrs. Robert Shoupe, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Witzel and Mrs. Beatrice Chamberlin of 
Grand Rapids, Lloyd Witzel of Fenwick, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Witzel of Stanton, 
Mr. and Mrs. Hardy Hopkins of Haynor and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Witzel of 
California.
