IONIA- Michael T. Wizorek, 88, of Ionia died Sunday at Ionia County Memorial 
Hospital.

Born April 17, 1900, in Ionia, he was the son of Michael Thomas and 
Josephine Kumski Wizorek.

He attended SS. Peter and Paul Academy and worked in supervision at 
Ypsilanti Reed Furniture Co. and Mitchel-Bentley Corp. all his life. He 
retired in 1966.

He was married to Olive Barrett Sept. 18, 1921, in Ionia. She died in 1975.

He was a member of SS Peter and Paul's Catholic Church and Knights of 
Columbus.

Surviving are two sons, Michael J. Wieczorek of Ionia and Gerald T. Wizorek 
of Pinconning: five grandchildren: seven great grandchildren: and many 
nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a grandson, Michael B. Wizorek, in 1986, and by 
six brothers, John, Bill, Stanley, Ed, Pat and Henry: and by four sisters, 
Julia, Anne, Victoria and Mary.

Complete funeral Mass will be offered at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Ss. Peter and 
Paul Church.

Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

The family will be at Cook Funeral Home, Monday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and 
Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Rosary will be recited at the funeral home Tuesday at 8 p.m.
