Funeral services for Andrew J. Wizorek, 16, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wizorek, 
334 Yeoman street, who was killed when his motor bike collided with a truck on 
M-66 Sunday evening were held at 9 a.m. Wednesday from SS. Peter and Paul 
church.  At the requiem high Mass Father Edward Jaworewicz was celebrant.  The 
Rev. Fr. Eugene Fox of Hubbardston acted as deacon and the Rev. Fr. Donald 
Farrell of Lake Odessa acted as sub-deacon.  The Rev. Fr. William Hayden of 
Lansing also attended.  Interment was at Mt. Olivet cemetery.

Bearers were James O’Conner, William Doyle, Carl Faust, William Heufelder, 
James Seymore and John Minelli.  The Academy junior and senior high students 
acted as honorary bearers.

The senior high students at the Academy gave three spiritual bouquets of high 
Masses and the seventh and eighth grades gave a spiritual bouquet of high 
Masses.

Attending from away were Mrs. A. H. Brabant of Detroit; Mr. and Mrs. M. Ankley, 
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Brabant, Fred and Bill Brabant, Mr. and Mrs. F. L. Wellman 
and daughter, Cecilia, and Mr. and Mrs. B. J. Martin and sons, Bernard and 
Jerry, of Detroit; Mr. and Mrs. F. S. Nowland of Mt. Pleasant; Mr. and Mrs. 
James Wizorek and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Wizorek of Grand Rapids; Mr. and Mrs. 
Everett Cogswell of Lansing; Mrs. John McGraw, Mrs. Don VanSickle, Mrs. Loren 
Straight and Mrs. Charles Simmons of Carson City; Mr. and Mrs. James 
Cunningham, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Cunningham, Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Cunningham; Mrs. 
Harold Cunningham; Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Cunningham; Mrs. Robert Barker, Mrs. 
Keith Clark and Mrs. Don Speckin of Hubbardston, and Miss Martha Rogers of 
Belding.
