Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, 8 Jan 1934

Services were held from the Bradley funeral home Sunday for Dewey Walcott, 84, 
who died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Fred Ellicott, in South Ionia.  Rev. 
W. M. Duffey conducted the services.  Mrs. R. A. Colwell and Mrs. Thane Benedict 
sang.  Burial was in the Prairie cemetery in Clinton county.  Bearers were 
Adolphus Miller, William Vandercoy, Carl Owens and Muril Fink.
