MORNING AT HIS HOME Samuel H. Wolford, 81 retired farmer, passed away early Tuesday morning at his home on Darby Road west of Lake Odessa. He was born in Darke county, Ohio, near Eldorado December 21, 1868 and came with his parents William H. and Elizabeth Blocher Wolford in 1888, settling on the farm across the road from his present home. He was a life member of th I.O.O.F. lodge and also a member of the Rebekah lodge. Surviving are his wife, the former Altha Aldich, and two sons, Herschell residing at home and Cloyd of Wacousta, two brothers David of West Manchester, Ohio, and Wash of Wisconsin and a sister, Ms. Emma Beagle of Wacousta. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Beattie funeral home in Clarksville with burial in Lakeside cemetery, Lake Odessa.
