WOLVERTON, EDNA O. (BARNARD) (MRS. ROBERT):
   LAKE ODESSA SENTINEL, MI, 12-15-1986:  "Obituaries - Edna O. Wolverton, 68,
of 4577 Kelsey Hwy., Ionia, died Monday at the home of her daughter, Betty Ann
Dolphin of Smyrna.
   Mrs. Wolverton was born Feb. 26, 1918, in Ionia County, the daughter of
Ernest and Bertha Peasley Barnard.
   Mrs. Wolverton was a member of the LeValley Church, an active soloist and
member of the church choir, a member of the United Methodist Women's group, a
member of Ark fellowship, mother's study club, and the Cyperice Pines Country
Club in Florida.
   Surviving are three daughters, Sharon Printz of Portage, Betty Ann Dolphin of
Belding, and Margaret Hilley of Okemos; eight grandchildren; and one sister,
Virginia Croel of Lyons.
   Services were held Thursday at the LeValley United Methodist Church on Kelsey
Highway.
   Officiating at the service were Willis Braun, pastor of the LeValley Church,
and Al Gelder, pastor of the Oakwood Christian Reformed Church in Belding.
    Pallbearers were nephews.  Arrangements werre made by the Neller Funeral
Home, Portland.  Interment was in the Balcom Cemetery.
   Memorials may be left at the funeral home for the Faith Community Christian
Schools, the Cancer Society, and the LeValley Methodist Church."
